Email: info@auroragourmet.de

2. Hosting & Server Log Files

When you access our website, the hosting provider automatically processes server log files (e.g., IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, user agent). Purpose: provision of the service, security and error analysis. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests). Log data are deleted after a short period unless a security-related review is required.

3. Contact (Form & Email)

When you contact us via form or email, we process the data you submit (name, email, message) to handle your request. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (general inquiries).

FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): Form submissions are transmitted via FormSubmit to our mailbox at info@auroragourmet.de. This may involve transfers to third countries (in particular the USA). FormSubmit stores submissions only as technically necessary (e.g., until verification) and forwards them to us. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b/f) GDPR; for any third-country transfers we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by the service or Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR. More info: Privacy Policy / Help.

4. Cookies / Tracking

We do not use non-essential cookies or tracking (e.g., Google Analytics). A consent banner is therefore currently not required. Technically necessary storage/access (e.g., by the hoster/spam protection) is based on § 25(2) TTDSG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Web Fonts

We use locally hosted fonts (Montserrat). No connections to third-party providers are made and no personal data are transmitted to third parties.

6. Storage Duration

Personal data are processed only for as long as necessary for the purposes described or where statutory retention obligations apply. Inquiries sent by email/form are regularly deleted after completion of processing.

7. Your Rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

8. Changes

We update these notices when services, legal frameworks or processes change.
